Extreme Gymnastics Cheer is a fun and safe environment for kids to get increased physical activity and begin to learn the lifestyle habits that will hopefully last for a lifetime. In many ways our gymnastics facility is like a fitness club for kids and teenagers, a place where they are involved in fun entertaining activities that keep them active. Extreme is a skilled based program. We pride ourselves on teaching kids the skills they need and want in Gymnastics & Cheer .
