Do you offer an Assessment class?
Yes, we offer an assessment for your child to come in and make sure that the class is the right fit. Take a look at our schedule and give us a call. We can help you to find an open class that works best for your schedule.
Does my child have to start at the beginning of the month?
No, you can do a assessment and start classes at anytime during a month. If you begin classes after a session has begun we will prorate you for the number of classes remaining in the month and bill you accordingly.
HOW DO I ENROLL MY CHILD IN CLASSES?
Give us a call or visit our Parent Portal to get your child set up for classes. If your child has never taken classes before we recommend doing an assessment to make sure that the class is the right fit before you enroll.
WHAT SHOULD MY CHILD WEAR TO CLASS?
Anything that is comfortable for your child is fine (a leotard, shorts and a top, etc.). No shoes and no socks in class, except in tumbling classes, where athletic shoes are optional. If you're taking tumbling for cheerleading, we recommend light tennis shoes
HOW DO MAKE UP CLASSES WORK?
The policy is 1 make-up classes per month. Makeup classes are available as long as there is room in the class and you must pre-register. Makeup classes can be in the equivalent class at a different day or time, or a lower level class that has a better day/time for your schedule. Makeup classes can be scheduled up to a week in advance of the class via the front desk or our Parent Portal.
HOW DO I RE-ENROLL MY CHILD FOR A NEW MONTH OF CLASSES?
Your child is automatically enrolled in their current class for each month. If you plan to withdrawal your child you must notify Extreme Gymnastics in writing 30 days before the next month begins.
HOW DO I WITHDRAWAL MY CHILD FROM CLASSES?
If you are planning on withdrawing from the program, you must notify Extreme Gymnastics in writing one month prior to the start of the next month, otherwise you will be automatically enrolled in your class(es) and will be billed accordingly.
HOW DOES BILLING WORK?
We will post fees to your account on the 1st of the month for the next month. On the 15th of the month, we will process payments for tuition for the next month. For example, May 1st you will see fees posted for June Tuition (via the parent portal). May 15th, we will process payments for June tuition.
DO YOU OFFER A MILITARY DISCOUNT?
Yes, we will waive the membership fee for all military families.
DO YOU OFFER A DISCOUNT FOR MULTIPLE SIBLINGS?
Yes, there is a $5 second child discount and a $10 discount for each additional Child after that.
DO YOU OFFER A DISCOUNT FOR MULTIPLE CLASSES?
Yes, a 25% discount will be applied to multiple classes taken within a month.
WHAT IS THE ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP FEE FOR?
The $40 Membership fees cover the cost of administration and insurance fees. This fee is paid once a year, per family, as of the date you join.
