Coach Jack trained gymnastics for 10 years, as well as practiced parkour for almost 6. He now attends Sierra College in the mornings and is very passionate about teaching gymnastics, tumbling, and parkour.

Coach Jeff
Jeff’s gymnastics career began at age 12, he then went on to compete in inter-collegiate gymnastics at Sacramento State University. After University Jeff was certified as a personal fitness trainer and went on to work in the fitness industry. After 15 years of travel abroad Jeff became certified in plant-based nutrition and now runs a YouTube Channel called Guilt Free TV which focuses on a healthy lifestyle.
